As the mummy to two fun, creative and loving boys, I understand just how important getting away from it all can be. With a natural, fresh and honest approach to yoga, I invite you to be self indulgent (just for a short while!) in my light hearted classes.
Come along if you want to smile, laugh and play. A chance to relax, stretch and work hard too, strengthening the body. At the end of my classes indulge in a sprinkling of relaxation.
Having completed initial teaching qualifications, pre and post-natal yoga training in 2012, I have also taken the opportunity to enhance my offering by attending workshops with some leading yoga teachers, such as Claire Missingham.
I have shared my practice at local studios such as People of Wellness (POW) Yoga, The Secret Space and in classes around East Herts.
