I have always loved yoga and everything that it represents.
I specialise in pre and post-natal hatha yoga, including mum and baby yoga classes. I find great inspiration in sharing such a special time with the ladies who come to my classes and being able to offer support to them on their incredible journey into motherhood. I also endeavour to pass my love of yoga onto my own daughters.
I welcome beginners as well as experienced yoginis into my classes and hope that I offer a place of peace and calm where they can feel refreshed, restored and supported.
My classes are based in the Harborne, Edgbaston and Bournville areas of Birmingham.
