Aurolab Yoga Teacher Study Program includes a Foundation Course and a Teacher Training Course. There are currently two Aurolab Foundation courses, one located in Bridgend, Wales and taught by Michele Lambert www.michelelambertyoga.co.uk. Another located in Bath and taught by Priya Alsop www.Priyayoga.co.uk.
All our programs are devised for practitioners to further their studies and for aspiring teachers to deepen their understanding of the subject and enable them to teach it in a precise, safe, and compassionate manner. The courses are essentially experiential with an emphasis on personal process and integration. Aurolab's concept is flexible and inclusive, it can be adapted to different groups according to their location, concerns and aspirations.
“Our intention is to offer a space where students can make choices and develop their practice in resonance with their deeper nature. The course offers a rich a varied spectrum of Classical Yoga that integrate asana, pranayama, meditation, nidra and sacred sound as well as somatic mindfulness, and trauma awareness. The program articulates around the western concepts of evolution and the eastern experience of a transcendental plane accessible through dedicated practice.
The TT program spans over ten weekends and two, five day intensives. The course is 282 contact hours plus home study and practice leading to 500 hours status with the Yoga Register.
