Mindflowyoga Yoga Teacher Training focuses on meditation as the underpinning aspect of all the 8 limbs of yoga. The style integrates indepth asana and meditation, through focused mental exercise within the physical asanas, and incorporates key philosophical aspects of Yoga and Sanskrit as a vehicle of self-correction and self-validation, moving an individual towards balanced physical , mental and spiritual growth.
The course syllabus includes Indepth asana work and analysis, gita, upanishads, sutras, mantra, meditation, bandha, mudra, practical application and the business of yoga.
The course is accredited as a 500hour with BWY, 500hour with Yoga Alliance and 200 hour with IYN.
Graduates will receive accreditation status from all three organisations.
